    The IEEE Ottawa Section belongs to Region 7 of the IEEE that is better known as IEEE Canada. The Ottawa Section represents more than 2000 individual members and serves to promote local events significant to Electrical, Computing, and Software Engineering. We offer great networking opportunities through the events that our chapters and section organize. If you are interested in the rapidly evolving and exciting field of computer systems, communications, and electronics you too can join the IEEE and be part of the IEEE Ottawa Section.

    This is the official website of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S). Available on this site are information regarding experimental and theoretical advances in antennas including design and development, and in the propagation of electromagnetic waves including scattering, diffraction and interaction with continuous media; and applications pertinent to antennas and propagation, such as remote sensing, applied optics, and millimeter and submillimeter wave techniques.

  5. IEEE EMC-S

    The IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility Society is the world's largest organization dedicated to the development and distribution of information, tools and techniques for reducing electromagnetic interference. The society's field of interest includes standards, measurement techniques and test procedures, instrumentation, equipment and systems characteristics, interference control techniques and components, education, computational analysis, and spectrum management, along with scientific, technical, industrial, professional or other activities that contribute to this field.

    The Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES) provides a forum for issues relevant to numerical modeling in applied electromagnetics. The primary focus of ACES is on computational techniques, electromagnetics modeling software, and applications.
